Complete turnkey cleanroom project of ISO 5 and ISO 7 areas for the Client’s new plant dedicated to expanding its bakery activities in Europe. The new factory is equipped with a cleanroom dedicated to pastry production. Baked pastries enter the cleanroom from the oven outlet and leave the cleanroom area after the packaging lines, where they are individually packaged.

About the Client

Chipita Slovakia s.r.o. is located in Bratislava-Staré Mesto, and is an international company which originated from Greece. The company is currently present internationally in 3 major product groups- croissants and similar dough products, bread based baked snacks (Bake Rolls) and other products.

Chipita operates through production plants in several countries in Europe and USA and owns 14 production plants in total.
